"Cobble Asia" refers to the operator of the play.cobbleasia.net Minecraft server and this CraftingStore web shop. Contact details are listed in the Impressum.

2. Data We Collect

From the Game Server

• Minecraft username and UUID — required to identify your account and deliver perks.
• IP address — logged transiently for connection, anti-cheat, and ban-evasion enforcement.
• In-game activity — chat messages, command usage, Pokémon caught, trades, and similar gameplay events. Stored to operate features (battle pass, leaderboards, GTS) and for moderation.
• Discord ID (if you link your Discord) — for cross-platform features like role sync.

From the Store

• Minecraft username — to deliver the purchased perks.
• Email address — to send you a receipt and contact you about your order.
• Transaction metadata — package, amount, currency, timestamp, transaction ID.
• Anonymised analytics — page views, referrer, country (geolocated from IP).

3. Why We Collect It

• To run the service — deliver perks, sync ranks, run the battle pass, etc.
• To enforce the rules — ban evasion, cheat detection, harassment investigation.
• To process payments — fulfil your order and provide receipts.
• To improve the server — anonymous gameplay metrics inform balance and content decisions.
• To communicate — order confirmations and (only if you opt in) news updates.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary data with:

• CraftingStore — our store platform. Their privacy policy: craftingstore.net/legal/privacy
• Payment processors — PayPal, Stripe, Paymentwall, etc. (whichever you select at checkout).
• Server hosting provider — host of the Minecraft server, who may retain server logs.
• Discord — only if you explicitly link your account.
• Law enforcement — only when compelled by valid legal process.

5. How Long We Keep It

• Account & rank data: as long as your account exists on the server.
• Connection logs & IPs: rolling 90 days, longer if tied to an active investigation or ban.
• Chat logs: rolling 30 days for moderation review.
• Transaction records: retained for as long as required by tax/accounting law in our jurisdiction (typically 7 years).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR / CCPA / PH Data Privacy Act / etc.) you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten") — note this may forfeit your account, ranks, and purchase history.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
