TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Nature of Purchase

All packages on this store are donations in support of server hosting, development, and operations. In exchange, you receive a digital, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access in-game perks, ranks, kits, or cosmetics on the Cobble Asia Minecraft server.

• You are not purchasing ownership of any virtual item, currency, rank, account, server, or world.
• All in-game items, Pokémon, and ranks remain the property of Cobble Asia and may be revoked, reset, or balanced at any time.
• Donations are not investments. There is no expected financial return.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We are not responsible for unauthorised purchases made by minors using a guardian's payment method.

3. Delivery

Perks and ranks are delivered automatically by our payment processor (CraftingStore) once payment is confirmed. Delivery typically completes within 5 minutes. If your purchase has not been delivered after 24 hours, contact us via Discord with your transaction ID before requesting a chargeback.

4. Refund Policy

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or in-game credit if:

• You did not receive the perk you paid for and we cannot manually deliver it.
• A duplicate or fraudulent charge occurred through no fault of yours.
• A pricing or product error was made on our end.

Initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting us will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the server and a permanent removal from the store. The disputed amount may also be added to a public deny-list.

5. Subscription Packages (30-day ranks)

Subscription ranks (such as Sovereign) are non-recurring by default — they expire automatically after 30 days and must be re-purchased to continue. Some perks may be locked out the moment the subscription expires. Subscription ranks may have prerequisites (e.g. permanent Warden); you are responsible for verifying eligibility before purchase.

6. Randomized Rewards (Crates & the SolForge Chest)

Some store packages — including SolForge Keys and other crate keys — grant access to randomized, chance-based rewards. By purchasing them you acknowledge and agree that:

• The specific item you receive is determined at random at the moment of opening. You are purchasing the chance to receive a reward, not any particular item.
• Drop rates are approximate and may include a "pity" mechanic that improves your odds over repeated openings. Rates may be adjusted for balance at any time.
• You may receive duplicate, lower-tier, or already-owned rewards. This is an inherent and accepted part of a chance-based package.
• Rewards have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or traded for real money.
• Randomized packages are not refundable once opened, except where required by law.

Where your jurisdiction restricts the sale of chance-based digital items to minors, the eligibility rules in Section 2 apply without exception.

7. Seasonal Content

The server runs limited-time seasons (such as SolForge — Season of the First Sun) featuring seasonal gear, currencies, titles, and rewards. By participating you agree that:

• Seasonal content is time-limited by design. Seasons end on a schedule we set and may change without notice.
• At the end of a season, seasonal currencies (e.g. Solar Shards) may be converted, reset, or retired — for example into Legacy Fragments — and some seasonal titles or rewards become permanently unobtainable.
• Purchasing seasonal keys or items does not guarantee that you will complete a set, reach a given tier, or obtain any specific seasonal reward before the season ends.
• Gear and items already earned generally carry over, but their seasonal effects, bonuses, or balance may change between seasons.

8. Bans, Sanctions & Forfeiture

If your account is banned or sanctioned for breaking server rules, you forfeit all purchased perks, ranks, and in-game items with no entitlement to a refund. This includes (but is not limited to): cheating, exploiting bugs, duping, harassment, alt-account abuse, RMT, and chargebacks.

9. Server Availability

We make best efforts to keep the server online 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance, updates, hosting issues, and acts beyond our control may interrupt service. Downtime does not entitle you to a refund or extension of subscription packages.

10. Changes to Perks & Pricing

We reserve the right to change, remove, rebalance, or rename any perk, rank, kit, or pricing at any time without prior notice. Existing purchases will retain access to whichever perks the rank currently offers. We will not remove a paid rank from your account unless you violate these terms.

11. Account & Security

You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account, Discord account, and email. Perks delivered to a compromised account are not refundable. Sharing or selling your in-game account, ranks, or items is prohibited.

12. Disclaimers

Cobble Asia is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or the Cobblemon team. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
